Decker, 71, of State St., Batavia, is charged with trespass following a disturbance at a local business at 9 Jackson street on March 2, 2021 at 6:25p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Decker allegedly refused to leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued an appearance ticket and released. Decker will appear in City Court on May 4, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patsy A. Rapone, 53, of Ellicott St. Rd., Bethany, was arrested on a City of Batavia arrest warrant from December 19, 2020, after he responded to Batavia Police Headquarters to turn himself in on March 2, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rapone was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the jail in lieu of bail. He will re-appear at a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Steven I.
