Gibson, 31, of Tracy Ave., Batavia is charged with criminal trespass 3rd, obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, after a trespassing complaint at Walmart, 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive in Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gibson allegedly trespassed at the Walmart store after already having been banned from the property. Gibson resisted arrest when deputies took her into custody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gibson was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 29, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The case was investigated by Deputy Erik Andre, he was assisted by Deputy Ryan Young and Deputy Howard Wilson.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nateeka M.
