On March 4, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Felix Garcia Duluna, 43, of Java, NY, for endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of harassment 2nd<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Troopers were called to a residence for a physical altercation between a Duluna and his stepchildren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duluna’s stepchildren were taken to Wyoming County Community hospital for evaluation. He was placed under arrest and transported to SP Warsaw for processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duluna was arraigned at town of Warsaw court and is to return to Wyoming County Court March 19, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
