Blair III, 29, of West County House Rd., Albion, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to dim head lamps, after a traffic stop in the Town of Pembroke at 828 Akron road on March 13, 2021 at 12:15a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blair was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol while operating a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blair was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Pembroke Town Court on April 14, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grace C. Murray, 21, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd, after allegedly entering and remaining unlawfully inside a business at 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on March 7, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Murray had previously trespassed at the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 8, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joseph G.
