It is alleged that PETERKIN threatened another person with a knife at a residence on W. Main St. and damaged property inside. PETERKIN then left the scene and was found in the backyard of a residence on Woodrow Rd, where he allegedly damaged a fence. PETERKIN was arrested and found to be in possession of a large amount of crack cocaine, fentanyl, prescription pills and marijuana. PETERKIN was arraigned by Judge Rogers and remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail. M\/47, was arrested on the aforementioned charge. During an unrelated traffic stop, GERETY was found to have an active Batavia City Court Arrest Warrant. GERETY was subsequently arrested and arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge Rogers.
