Anthony J. Nobile, 28, of New York Pl., Batavia, is charged with trespassing after police were called to 18 Evans street, City Fire Headquarters, for a male subject who would not leave.<\/p>\n
The incident occurred on October 3, 2017 at about 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
Nobile was arrested and released with an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 10, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Tyrone N. Thigpen Sr., 40, of Jackson St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he allegedly had contact with the protected party of a stay away order of protection.<\/p>\n
The incident occurred on Watson street on October 2, 2017 at 7:50a.m.<\/p>\n
Thigpen Sr. was issued an appearance ticket and released. He will appear in City Court on October 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Kiha S. McNear, 19, of Walnut St., Batavia, was arrested on an active bench warrant out of City Court from June of 2017.<\/p>\n
