Following the investigation, Hedges was found to be driving while intoxicated.<\/p>\n<p>He was released on appearance tickets, and he is to appear in the Pike Town Court on January 9, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Pike Fire Department assisted at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kevin Casey, 24, of Warsaw, was arrested for DWI (misdemeanor), driving with a BAC of .08% or more (misdemeanor), and speed above 55 MPH following a traffic stop on Perry Road in the Town of Sheldon on December 24, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Casey was stopped for speeding 83 MPH in a 55 MPH speed zone.<\/p>\n<p>He failed roadside sobriety testing and was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
