Balsano intended to steal merchandise, but she put the items back after seeing the owner in the store watching her. Balsano was later found to be in possession of Pearl\u2019s stolen merchandise in Balsano\u2019s vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Pearl is charged with petit larceny and conspiracy in the sixth degree.
