Henry, 31, of Chaddock Ave., Hornell, is charged with felony DWI, two previous convictions within 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, inadequate exhaust, illegal stickers and moving from a lane unsafely after a traffic stop on Tinkham road in Darien on October 10, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Henry was arraigned in the Town of Darien Court and jailed without bail. He will return to court on October 19, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Guy J. Bontrager, 46, of Werner Rd., Attica, is charged with trespassing near Spring road in the Town of Alexander on October 1, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Bontrager was allegedly operating a four wheel ATV on leased property without permission causing an inconvenience to deer hunters in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Bontrager was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on October 24, 2017 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joseph L.
