Mitchell, 39, of Perry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Officers also found a substance, presumed to be crack and un-prescribed suboxone on her person. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitchell was arrested for DWAI\/drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2<sup>nd<\/sup>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitchell was processed and released with a return court date of June 1, 2021 at 1:00p.m. in the Village of Perry Court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Perry Police along with Perry ambulance, responded to Crosby\u2019s parking lot on April 1st, 2021\u00a0around 11:40a.m.,for reports of a female passed out at the wheel of a running vehicle.
