Uzarowski was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court before Judge Mileham and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n
Uzarowski will return to court on November 2, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Say was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bethany Court on November 28, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Joseph R. Paner, 37, of Cheektowaga, is charged with DWAI\/drugs after a complaint of a vehicle operating erratically eastbound on Rt. 33 in the Town of Pembroke on October 14, 2017.<\/p>\n
After the vehicle was located, and after an investigation, Paner was charged and then released on an appearance ticket. He will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on December 12, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Lamar L. Mobley, 23, of Warren St., Batavia, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, prior conviction within 10 years and speeding(70mph\/55mph) after a traffic stop on Lewiston road on October 12, 2017.<\/p>\n
Mobley was processed at the Genesee County Jail and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 14, 2017.<\/p>\n

Matthews was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on November 7, 2017.<\/p>\n
