ROBERTS was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 4\/20\/2021. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Bench Warrant<\/em>, 12:08PM, Wednesday, April 14, 2021, East Ave. \u2013 Lisa FOX F\/49, was arrested for during a traffic stop on East Ave. FOX was identified as the operator and Officers confirmed there was an active Bench Warrant out of Batavia City Court for FOX. FOX was subsequently arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under supervision.
