Glenn, 20, of Attica, NY, for operating a motor vehicle allegedly impaired by drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers stopped Glenn on Rt. 354 in the town of Bennington for driving in inclement weather after sunset with no headlights on. Glenn was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
