Kellner Jr., 53, of Westcott Ave., Alden, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely, speed not reasonable and prudent and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, after a motor vehicle accident on Genesee street in Darien on April 21. 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kellner Jr. was allegedly operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was arrested and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on June 1, 2021 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sundae J. Grambeck, 37, of Junction road, Pavilion, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, after a motor vehicle accident a 5875 Ellicott street road in Bethany on April 19, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grambeck was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grambeck was arrested and was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Bethany Town Court on May 4, 2021 at 7:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A. D. Broadhurst, 26, of Henrietta, NY, was cited for allegedly failing to yield the right of way to another vehicle at a stop sign, following an accident in Bergen at Clinton street road and Maple avenue on April 20, 2021 at 5:17p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Broadhurst was operating a 2021 Toyota sedan and was at the stop sign on Maple avenue at Rt. 33, and unsafely entered the intersection into the second vehicle&#8217;s lane of travel, which was headed east, and the second vehicle struck Broadhurst&#8217;s vehicle, according to a Sheriff&#8217;s Department accident report. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both Broadhurst and the 29 year old male operator of the other vehicle, a 2012 Ford sedan, were injured in the accident and transported to the hospital.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paul K.
