Spivey, 18, of Holland Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation into an incident that occurred at Wal-mart on December 6, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Spivey allegedly stole merchandise from Wal-mart.<\/p>\n<p>He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 5, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A 17 year old male, of Holland Ave., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for allegedly failing to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on December 19, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>He was arraigned on December 27, 2016 and jailed on $250 cash bail or $1,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n<p>The teen will re-appear in Batavia Town Court at a later date and time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>James J.
