ROSENBAUM,<\/u><\/strong> 57, OF MAIN ST., BROCKPORT, N.Y.,\u00a0 WAS CHARGED BY BROCKPORT POLICE WITH:<\/p>\n<p>1 COUNT OF CRIMINALLY USING DRUG PARAPHERNALIA IN THE FIRST DEGREE.(CLASS A MISDEMEANOR).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TODD M.
