On October 24, 2017 at approximately 8:57 p.m., the Village Of Attica Police Department stopped a vehicle on West Avenue for vehicle and traffic violations.<\/p>\n

After further investigation, the driver, David B. Eck Jr., 24, of Bunnell St., Attica,\u00a0 was found to be driving while impaired by drugs. Eck also was operating the vehicle with a revoked driver\u2019s license from a past driving while impaired conviction.<\/p>\n

Eck is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, DWAI\/drugs, DWAI\/drugs combo, DWI, insufficient turn signal and drivers view obstructed.<\/p>\n

Eck was arrested and arraigned at the Attica Village Court. He was remanded to the Wyoming Count Jail on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond. Eck is set to re-appear at the Attica Village Court on November 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
