Logan, 44, of Meadville road, Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with assault 2nd, a class D felony, and assault 3rd, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly striking two people in the head and face multiple times for not wearing their face coverings inside the store at the Flying J on Alleghany road in Pembroke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident occurred on May 4, 2021. Both victims suffered injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Logan was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court and released on his own recognizance due to the crimes not being qualifying offenses for bail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jeremy S.
