Kapelke, 39, of Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after allegedly violating an order of protection on May 3,2021 at 11:28a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kapelke was allegedly at the residence of the protected party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 27, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Roger K.
