Austin L. Wester, 23, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and criminal use of drug paraphernalia after a postal carrier spotted a suspicious person in the back of a residence on Ross street on October 25, 2017.<\/p>\n
Police say Wester reportedly appeared to be casing the residence.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond bail. Wester appeared in court again on October 26, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.<\/p>\n

Geoffrey M. Anderson Jr., 52, of Wood St., Batavia, is charged with criminal trespass at a school and harassment 2nd\/physical contact after he entered the Middle school on Ross street on October 27, 2017.<\/p>\n
Anderson was arrested after he entered the school building he was not authorized to be in.<\/p>\n
While being escorted out of the building, Anderson forcefully pulled away from a security aide and made threatening statement to the aide.<\/p>\n
Anderson was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail and will re-appear at a later date.<\/p>\n

Ryan N. Bartholomew, 23, of Adams St., Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct after he used obscene language with a person in the City of Batavia while in a vehicle on a public highway on\u00a0 October 25, 2017.<\/p>\n
Bartholomew was also issued traffic citations for failing to stop for a stop sign and operating a motor vehicle without at least one hand on the steering mechanism. The incident occurred on Orleans avenue.<\/p>\n
He will appear in City Court on November 9, 2017.<\/p>\n

James M. Rossiter, 35, of Clifton Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, with a BAC greater than .18%, failure to signal, failed to use headlights and moving from a lane unsafely following a traffic stop on N. Spruce street on October 29, 2017 at 1:04 a.m.<\/p>\n
Rossiter was processed and released and will appear in City Court on November 8, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.<\/p>\n

Michael J. DiFalco, was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of City Court for a petit larceny that occurred on S. Main street on September 24, 2017.<\/p>\n
DiFalco was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $5,000 cash bail and $10,000 bond bail. He re-appeared in City Court on October 26, 2017.<\/p>\n

Danielle E. Cummings, 39, of Batavia Oakfield Townline Rd., Batavia, was taken into custody at the Wayne County Jail on a bench warrant out of City Court on October 27, 2017.<\/p>\n
