On May, 12, 2021, Paul Mioducki, 42, of Bennington, was arrested and charged with grand larceny 3rd, a class D felony. Mioducki is accused of stealing more than $16,000 from an individual by forging personal checks in 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mioducki was arraigned and released to pretrial supervision. He is due back in Wyoming County Court on 5\/21\/2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attallah M. Al Hajeh, 20 of Bronx, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Sheldon on May 18, 2021. Al Hajeh was stopped for speeding, 64MPH in a 35MPH zone, and was found to have an active suspension on his driver\u2019s license for failure to answer a summons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al Hajeh is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and speeding in a zone. Al Hajeh was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Sheldon Court on June 7, 2021. He was released with his vehicle to a licensed driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A deputy from the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office responded to Walmart on Rt. 19 in the Town of Warsaw on May 18, 2021, for a reported shoplifting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
James P. Liddy, 35, of Attica, was arrested and charged with petit larceny after attempting to leave the store without paying for merchandise.
