Marc C.J. Cook Sr., 30, of Church St., Alabama, is charged with 5 counts of criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, a class D felony, and 2 counts of criminal possession of a firearm, a class E felony, after the execution of a search warrant at his residence on Friday morning, May 21, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Genesee County Local Drug Task Force, upon searching Cook’s home, found him to allegedly be in possession of brass knuckles, two “Kung Fu Stars” and two firearms(revolvers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cook was virtually arraigned in front of Judge Charles Zambito and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice on the weapon and firearm charges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Cook was taken into custody on two outstanding warrants. He was arrested on a bench warrant out of the City of Batavia Court for criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd. He was also arrested on a warrant from Genesee County Family Court for a family court violation. He was released under supervision on the first warrant and bail was set at $100 on the Family Court warrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
