State St., Albion, is charged with DWAI\/Drugs, DWI, and failure to signal within 100 feet, after a traffic stop on Clinton street in Batavia in May 25, 2021 at 2:13a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brown was allegedly impaired by drugs and operating a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was processed at the Genesee County Jail and issued appearance tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brown will appear in Batavia City Court on June 6, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maritza Torres, 34, of Stone Rd. Rochester, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speed over 55mph, after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in the Town of Bergen on May 23, 2021 at 2:44a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Torres was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on June 2, 2021 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Darrin M.
