Anderson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 14, 2017.<\/p>\n

Dwayne L. Sheffield, 24, of Thorpe St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd after a domestic incident on November 1, 2017 on Thorpe street.<\/p>\n
Sheffield caused over $250 worth of damage to property.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in City Court and was held without bail until his court appearance on November 2, 2017.<\/p>\n

Jared M. Adamski, 21, of Krieger Rd., Webster, is charged with criminal mischief 4th after allegedly damaging the property of another person.<\/p>\n
Adamski was arraigned in the City of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail.<\/p>\n
He appeared in court again on October 31, 2017.<\/p>\n

Minnie M. Henry, 29, homeless, Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after a disturbance between multiple parties on State street on October 29, 2017.<\/p>\n
After an investigation, Henry was found to allegedly be in possession of narcotics and was placed under arrest.<\/p>\n
Henry was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on October 31, 2017.<\/p>\n
She was then turned over to the NYS Police for other non related charges.<\/p>\n

John J. Caez-Gonzalez, 30, of Cunningham St., Rochester, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd after allegedly entering and remaining in a dwelling without permission after being advised to stay away.<\/p>\n
The trespass occurred on State street on October 30, 2017.<\/p>\n
Caez-Gonzalez was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail.<\/p>\n
He appeared in court again on November 2, 2017.<\/p>\n

Randy G. Leach, 31, of Torrey Rd., Stafford, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and unlicensed operation following a traffic stop on East avenue on October 31, 2017.<\/p>\n
Leach allegedly was operating a vehicle with active suspensions and no driver’s license.<\/p>\n
Leach was processed and released. He will appear in City Court again on November 14, 2017 at\u00a0 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Sarah A. Malone, 35, of Ellicott St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI and leaving the scene of a property damage accident after she was operating a vehicle on Verona avenue in an intoxicated state.<\/p>\n
