Shaun M. Brennan, 23, of Brookedge Dr., Hamlin, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop for vehicle and traffic violations in the Village of Bergen on November 6, 2017.<\/p>\n
While at the jail, Brennan refused to submit to a chemical test.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in the Town of Bergen Court and his driver’s license was then temporarily suspended.<\/p>\n
Brennan was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bergen Court on December 13, 2017 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Lamar I. Randall, 32, of Walnut Pl., Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, obstructed license plate and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on November 6, 2017.<\/p>\n
Randall was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n
He is due back in court on November 14, 2017.<\/p>\n

Jeremy J. Schraufstetter, 40, of Leroy St., Cheektowaga, is charged with felony DWI and felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more after a traffic stop on Broadway road in Darien on October 28, 2017.<\/p>\n
Schraufstetter’s front plate was obstructed and he was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition.<\/p>\n
