Lowry-Bouknight, 55, of Attica, NY, for DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle inspection expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On June 6, 2021, Troopers stopped Lowry-Bouknight on Rt. 20A in the town of Sheldon for expired inspection. Lowry-Bouknight was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests.  She was transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
