McGill, 34, of Lewis Place, Batavia, and a 17 year old, of Batavia, were each charged with harassment 2nd after a disturbance on Lewis Place on November 6, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Both were issued appearance tickets and both will appear in City Court on November 14, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sean M. Haugh, 20, of Covington St., Perry, is charged with disorderly conduct after a disturbance at UMMC at 127 North street on November 5, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Haugh was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 14, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Katty L. Jackson, 21, of Dewey Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd following a disturbance at a residence on Central avenue on November 2, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson allegedly violated a court order of protection.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 14, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jessica\u00a0 M. Pfenninger, 35, of Creek Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from a store at 419 West Main street on November 3, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Pfenninger was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 14, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Christina A. Cotter, 26, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after sending text messages to a protected person in a valid stay away order of protection.<\/p>\n<p>The incident occurred on October 28, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Cotter appeared in City Court on November 7, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>June E.
