Donohue, 29, of Swan St., Batavia, is charged with forgery 2nd and identity theft 3rd following an investigation into an incident where he allegedly used a fraudulently obtained credit card to purchase items.<\/p>\n<p>Donohue also signed the name of the person on the credit card.<\/p>\n<p>The incident occurred in May of 2017 on Lewiston road.<\/p>\n<p>Donohue was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.<\/p>\n<p>He re-appeared in court yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Armando M. Teruel, 33, of Black Spruce Ct., Amherst, NY,\u00a0 is charged with harassment 2nd after a domestic incident on October 29, 2017 on S. Main street.<\/p>\n<p>Teruel was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court later today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eric M.
