Wissinger, 29, of State St., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, custodial interference 2nd and harassment 2nd, after an incident at Genesee County Social Services on East Main street in Batavia on June 21, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wissinger allegedly became physical with a third party while trying to take custody of her children, against a Genesee County Family Court order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wissinger was released on an appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court at a later date and time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thomas J. Scheuerlein, 56, of Overlook Dr., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after a domestic incident in the Town of Batavia on June 21, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scheuerlein was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and released.
