The Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office investigated the burglary of a residential garage on Cooley Road in the Town of Eagle on November 11, 2017.\u00a0 Several large industrial tools were reported stolen by the victim.<\/p>\n

John E. Burau, 29, of Bliss, who resides near the victim\u2019s residence, was charged with grand larceny 3rd<\/sup>, burglary 3rd<\/sup>, criminal mischief 4th<\/sup> and criminal possession of stolen property.<\/p>\n

Birau was arraigned in front of Justice Roche in Eagle Town Court and was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
