Pulley, 43, of Brooklyn, NY, for Promoting Prison Contraband 1st and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3<sup>rd<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers arrested Jerry J.
