Tucker, 43, of Arcade, NY, for driving while intoxicated, and failure to keep right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers stopped Tucker on Rt. 78 in the town of Java for failure to maintain lane. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Tucker recorded a .15 BAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Java court for July 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On June 16, 2021 at 11:48 p.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Dominick J. Deflippo, 52, of Lockport, NY, for driving while intoxicated, unsafe turn and drinking alcohol in a vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers stopped Deflippo on Rt. 246 in the town of Perry for making an unsafe u-turn and not signaling. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
