Dunaway, 32, of LeRoy, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident into a tree off Old Buffalo Road, town of Warsaw.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the interview with operator Dunaway, he was exhibiting signs of intoxication.\u00a0 Troopers determined Dunaway had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.\u00a0 Dunaway was unable to perform standardized field sobriety tests.\u00a0 He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.15% BAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dunaway was released with appearance tickets for Warsaw town court on a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PRESS RELEASE On June 26, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Jacob W.
