Besczyznski, 26, of Pearl St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief and menacing 2nd after an investigation revealed that Besczyznski allegedly damaged another person&#8217;s property and threatened that person with a hammer on July 5, 2021 at 10:49a.m. at a residence in the Town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besczyznski was arrested and arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court.  She was released on recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Larry R. Walters, 23, of Alden, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to keep right following a traffic stop on Pearl street road in the Town of Batavia on July 6, 2021 at 10:15p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Walters will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 22, 2021 to answer the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wyatt J. Becker, 30, of Tinkham Rd., Darien, is charged with harassment 2nd following an investigation into a domestic disturbance at a residence in Darien on July 6, 2021 at 5:20a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Becker was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on August 3, 2021 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terrell L. Thomas, 30, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd\/physical contact, following an investigation on July 2, 2021 at 2:40p.m. at a residence in the Town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thomas allegedly engaged in a course of conduct which alarmed and seriously annoyed a person on the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thomas was arraigned in the Town of Oakfield Court by Judge Graham and will appear in Batavia Town Court on July 20, 2021 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Liza M.
