Arenas, 43, of Lexington Pky., Rochester, NY, is charged with DWAI\/drugs, driving to the left of pavement markings , operating a motor vehicle without valid inspection, no\/insufficient tail lamps and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway after a traffic stop in the Village of Bergen on Townline road on November 18, 2017.<\/p>\n
Arenas was processed at the Genesee County Jail with the assistance of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office drug Recognition Expert.<\/p>\n
Arenas was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on January 17, 2018.<\/p>\n

Daun E. Monachino, 58, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, improper left turn, improper right turn, and no left side mirror after a traffic offense complaint on November 19, 2017.<\/p>\n
Monachino was stopped for vehicle and traffic violations on Richmond avenue about 5:34p.m.<\/p>\n
Monachino was released on appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on December 20, 2017 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n

Jenna L. Hernandez, 21, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or higher, speeding in a zone(60\/45), driving to the left of pavement markings and drivers view obstructed after a traffic stop on Wortendyke road in the Town of Batavia on November 18, 2017.<\/p>\n
Hernandez was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 8, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n
