Seven fire companies responded to a house fire at 7851 Rt. 39 in the Town of Perry early Sunday morning. The home is owned by Raymond and Lorraine Sturm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fire crews were called to the home about about 1:06a.m. On scene it was discovered that the electrical service line to the house shorted and ignited a fire in the wall of the home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the Wyoming County Office of Emergency Services, the home suffered $25,000 in damages,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No one was injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fire crews from Perry, Perry Center, Castile, Silver Springs, Leicester and Mt. Morris were on scene along with Perry ambulance for about 3 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also assisting in scene, Wyoming County Emergency Services, Perry Police and NYSEG. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
