Williams is accused of two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals, a felony, after causing serious physical injury to two dogs by spaying bleach in their eyes for no justifiable purpose after an incident on January 14, 2021 in the Town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Williams is also charged with two counts of criminal mischief 4th degree, for intentionally damaging the property of another person, two dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted a Genesee County man on animal cruelty charges after he intentionally caused serious physical injury to a companion animal.
