The Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office, is investigating a tragic fatal house fire that occurred on July 31st<\/sup>, 2021, at 4:53 AM in the Town of Kendall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a0 The Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s 911 Center receive a 911 call of a house fire with a person trapped at 1965 Peter Smith rd., in the Town of Kendall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Sheriff\u2019s Deputy Joseph Laudico was on scene with in nine minutes and discovered a fully involved working house fire.\u00a0 Attempts to gain entry were to no avail due to the heavy fire conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A total of four people resided at this address, three adults and one child. Two adults and the child were able to escape the fire. Firefighters discovered the body of 73 year old Judy A. Snyder in a bedroom hallway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This fatal fire is being investigated by the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office CID\/Fire Investigators, O.C.
