Varshay completed two years of counseling and probation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Varshay was charged after an investigation into a single car accident at 1125 County Line Road in Darien, NY on March 1, 2021 at 5:36a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Jay D.L. Schutt, 33, of S. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly attempting to tackle and fight with the victim on the ground during an altercation on S.
