Main St. \u2013 On 7\/26\/2021 at approximately 3:15 PM, <em>Antonio GOODSON <\/em>was processed and arrested, after allegedly stealing multiple items from a local business. GOODSON was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 8\/3\/2021 at 1:00 PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Assault 3rd Degree<\/strong>, 3:20 PM, Monday, July 19, 2021, Bank St. \u2013 On 7\/27\/2021, <em>Jacqueline HALE<\/em>, F\/33, was arrested on the above charge. It\u2019s alleged that HALE punched another person multiple times in the face, causing injury. HALE was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 8\/3\/2021. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Harassment 2nd Degree<\/strong>, 9:58 PM, Sunday, July 25, 2021, Thorpe St. \u2013 On 7\/25\/2021, <em>Russell BLUMER<\/em>, M\/48, was arrested on the above listed charge. The arrest follows a disturbance complaint on Thorpe St., where BLUMER allegedly punched the victim. BLUMER was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to Batavia City Court on 8\/3\/2021. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Driving While Intoxicated<\/strong>; Refusal to Take Breath Test, 6:04 PM, Friday, July 16, 2021, S. Main St. \u2013 On 7\/16\/2021, <em>Patrick WAITE<\/em>, M\/53, was arrested on the above listed charges. The arrest follows a traffic offense complaint. Subsequent to officers making contact with WAITE, he was allegedly found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated. It is alleged that in June of 2021, while on Willow St. in the City of Batavia, ROYSE menaced another person with a real or imitation pistol. The Batavia Police Department was assisted by NYS Parole in this investigation. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Speed Not reasonable and Prudent; Reckless Driving; Failed to stop at stop sign; Not wearing a helmet; Un-inspected Motor Vehicle<\/strong>, 8:12 PM, Monday, July 19, 2021, Otis St. \u2013 On July 23rd, 2021, <em>Nathan ROYSE<\/em>, M\/29, was arrested and arraigned at Batavia City Court for multiple crimes and traffic tickets, following an investigation into an incident that occurred on July 19th, 2021, where ROYSE allegedly was recklessly driving a motorcycle with a stolen license plate on it, and then ran from police. ROYSE is currently being held at the Genesee County Jail on a warrant. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criminal Mischief 4th Degree; Endangering the Welfare of a child,<\/strong> 9:33 PM, Friday, July 9, 2021, S Main St. \u2013 On 7\/9\/2021 Officer WILSON and Officer POST arrested<em> Ronnie ALLEN<\/em>, M\/34, for endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief after a neighbor dispute where ALLEN allegedly broke the storm door at his neighbor\u2019s residence. ALLEN was issued an appearance ticket and released with a return court date of 7\/27\/2021 at 1:00 PM at Batavia City Court. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bench Warrant<\/strong>, 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 2, 2021, W Main St. \u2013 <em>Matthew OLCOTT<\/em>, M\/42, was arrested on a Batavia City Court Bench Warrant and arraigned. OLCOTT was held at the Genesee County Jail on unrelated warrants out of the Genesee County Sheriff\u2019s Office. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bench Warrant<\/strong>, 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 2, 2021, W Main St. <em>\u2013 Matthew OLCOTT<\/em>, M\/42, was arrested on a Batavia City Court Bench Warrant and arraigned. MARTINEZ was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge ROGERS and was released on his own recognizance.
