On August 12, 2021at 11:00 A.M., Troopers out of SP Warsaw responded to an incident involving a feed truck at Synergy Farms LLC in the town of Covington. Further investigation revealed that a 2006 Mack was backing down the center isle of a cow barn and stuck Jacob H. Holzman, 87 of Brooklyn, NY. Holzman was pronounced deceased at the scene by Wyoming County Coroner Michael Smith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
NYSP Collision Reconstruction Unit and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation assisted in this investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
