Main St. Batavia, was arrested for an incident that took place on 3\/20\/2021. OPPEL was involved in a property damage accident on Main Street in the City of Batavia. After an investigation it is alleged that OPPEL was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver\u2019s license and while impaired by drugs. OPPEL was arrested and released with an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on 8\/10\/2021 at 1:00PM. &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Assault 3rd Degree<\/strong>, 1:18 AM, Friday, June 4, 2021, N Spruce St. \u2013 <em>Aaron J. MCFOLLINS<\/em>, M\/42 of N. Spruce St. Batavia, was arrested on 8\/6\/2021 on the above listed charge following a domestic incident that occurred on 6\/4\/2021. MCFOLLINS is alleged to have thrown a chair at a female causing physical injury. MCFOLLINS was arraigned in Batavia City Court at 2:06 PM by Judge BURNS, and released on recognizance. MCFOLLINS is scheduled to return to BCC on 9\/2\/2021 at 1:30 PM. &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Grand Larceny 4th; Identity Theft 3rd; Petit Larceny, <\/strong>9:00 PM, Tuesday, July 27, 2021, N. MCFOLLINS is alleged to have taken and used a credit card without the owner\u2019s permission. MCFOLLINS was arraigned in Batavia City Court at 2:06 PM by Judge BURNS, and released on recognizance.
