Moldenhauer, 30, of Hamburg, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a traffic stop on Route 20A in the town of Perry, Moldenhauer was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Moldenhauer had been allegedly operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.\u00a0 Moldenhauer failed standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested and transported and processed at SP Warsaw, where he refused to submit a chemical test.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moldenhauer was released with appearance tickets for the town of Perry court, where he is due to appear at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On August 6, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Adler M.
