Flint was allegedly in possession of heroin at the time of his arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Flint was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in Batavia Town Court on September 7, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was turned over to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office on the warrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corey A. Knapp, 19, of North St., Medina, is charged with two counts criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree following a traffic stop on Lewiston road in Batavia on January 2, 2021 at 7:23p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Knapp was a backseat passenger in the vehicle, and during the traffic stop a quantity of fentanyl and cocaine was allegedly located in the backseat of the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
