Saddler III, 39, of Rochester, has been indicted on the charges of assault 2nd, a class D violent felony, criminal possession of weapon 3rd, a class D felony, and two counts of harassment 2nd, after a physical altercation at the Sunset Motel on West Main street in Batavia on June 24, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saddler allegedly stuck one woman with a tire iron and another with his fists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having been convicted of the crimes of attempted forgery 2nd degree, a class E felony, and attempted assault 2nd degree, a class E felony, on April 20, 2015, in Genesee County Court, these convictions form the basis for count two in the indictment, criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
