Main St. \u2013 <em>Amanda HAVENS<\/em>, F\/39, homeless, was arrested on 8\/27\/2021 on the above listed charges. HAVENS is alleged to have left two children under the age of 7 alone, resulting in the children roaming the streets without supervision, where they were found by patrols near a local business at about 3:30AM. Patrols were not able to locate or contact HAVENS until she turned herself in on 8\/27\/2021. HAVENS was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge ROGERS at 11:40AM. HAVENS was released on recognizance and is scheduled to return to Batavia City Court on 9\/16\/2021 at 1:30PM.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Endangering the Welfare of a Child<\/strong>, 5:15 PM, Monday, August 30, 2021, Jackson St. \u2013 On 8\/31\/2021, <em>Kayleen LAIRD<\/em>, F\/25, and <em>Nicholas KINGDOLLAR<\/em>, M\/25, both of Batavia, NY, were arrested on the above charge. It is alleged that both Laird and Kingdollar failed to adequately supervise a child at a residence on Jackson St., which allowed the child to climb out of a second story window, onto the roof. LAIRD and KINGDOLLAR were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 9\/14\/2021.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Burglary 3rd\u00a0 Degree; Grand Larceny 4th Degree<\/strong>, 5:44 AM, Sunday, August 1, 2021, E. Main St. \u2013 On 8\/28\/2021, <em>Michael ROBBINS<\/em>, M\/61 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges. The arrest follows an investigation of a burglary that occurred in the morning of 8\/1\/2021, where ROBBINS allegedly unlawfully entered a building and stole various material. ROBBINS was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge BURNS. ROBBINS is being held at the Genesee County Jail. ROBBINS is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 9\/2\/2021. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bench Warrant \u2013 Failure to Appear<\/strong>, 9:00 AM, Thursday, August 12, 2021, W. Main St. \u2013 <em>Adam ALTOBELLI<\/em>, M\/40 of East Rochester, NY, was arrested on a Batavia City Court Bench Warrant for failing to appear on a previous court date. ALTOBELLI was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 9\/2\/2021. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Petit Larceny<\/strong>, 7:51 PM, Saturday, August 21, 2021, Maple St. \u2013 On 8\/22\/2021, Officer Post arrested <em>Travon ARMSTRONG<\/em>, M\/36, of Batavia, NY, for Petit Larceny. ARMSTRONG allegedly took a bicycle that did not belong to him. ARMSTRONG was issued an appearance ticket with a return court date of 9\/7\/2021 at 1:00PM to the Batavia City Court. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Burglary 2nd Degree; Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree<\/strong>, 8:57 PM, Sunday, August 22, 2021, Walnut St. \u2013 On 9\/2\/2021, <em>Destiny GREEN<\/em>, F\/25, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges. The arrest follows an investigation of a larceny that occurred at the protected party\u2019s residence, where GREEN was allegedly found inside. GREEN was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge Burns. She was released under supervision and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 9\/16\/2021. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criminal Mischief 4th Degree<\/strong>, 6:40 AM, Thursday, August 26, 2021, Washington Ave. \u2013 On 8\/26\/2021, <em>Jadeyn GORAS<\/em>, M\/18, of Batavia, NY, was arrested after an investigation where GORAS was alleged to have taken a rock and thrown it through the rear windshield of a vehicle parked in a private driveway in the City of Batavia. GORAS is also alleged to have taken a stone from a garden, throwing it through a window of a door leading into a resident\u2019s home within the city. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dog Running At Large<\/strong>, 8:10 AM, Friday, August 27, 2021, Raymond Ave. \u2013 <em>David KLOTZBACH<\/em>, M\/41 of Batavia, NY, was charged with the above listed Batavia Municipal Code violation after an incident where Klotzbach&#8217;s dog was allegedly running at large. KLOTZBACH was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 9\/14\/2021. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Driving While Intoxicated; Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC &lt;.18%; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree; Unlicensed Operation; Operating with insufficient Tail Lamps,<\/strong> 9:26 PM, Sunday, August 29, 2021, E. Main St. \u2013 On 8\/29\/2021,<em> Ernest TIBERIO<\/em>, M\/63, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges. The arrest follows a traffic stop that occurred after patrol observed a vehicle and traffic law violation on E. Main Street. TIBERIO was released on uniform traffic tickets and given a copy of the Bill of Particulars and CPL 710.30 form. The charge stems from an incident where GOODWILL was, allegedly, driving erratically from an address on S. Main St. Rd. to UMMC. GOODWILL was processed at Batavia Police Headquarters, issued uniform traffic tickets and released.
