Andrew K. Wright, 27, of Prune St., Batavia, is charged with attempted assault 3rd,\u00a0 (6) counts of endangering the welfare of a child, criminal obstruction of breathing and obstruction of governmental administration 2nd, following a physical domestic on Prune street on November 26, 2017.<\/p>\n
Wright allegedly struck a female and choked a male juvenile in the presence of (5) other juveniles in a domestic incident.<\/p>\n
Wright also allegedly would not comply with officers requests while at the Batavia Police Department.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.<\/p>\n
Wright re-appeared in court on November 27, 2017.<\/p>\n

Two Batavia women are charged with harassment 2nd after a physical altercation at a residence on Ellicott street.<\/p>\n
On November 28, 2017 at 3:00p.m., Elizabeth A. Finnin, 48, of S. Swan St. and Michelle L. Misiak, 52, of Fisher Pky. allegedly became involved in a physical altercation and Finnin is accused of punching another female in the face.<\/p>\n
Both were released on appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on December 5, 2017 at 1;30p.m.<\/p>\n
Misiak was also arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court for failing to appear after a petit larceny arrest. Misiak was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court later today in regards to the bench warrant.<\/p>\n

A 16 year old male is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child\/acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 and two count of harassment 2nd\/physical contact, after a large group fight at 16 Highland avenue on November 28, 2017 at 8:10 p.m.<\/p>\n
Upon arrival, officers located the group of people who appeared to have been in some type of physical altercation and after an investigation one 16 year old male was detained and arrested.<\/p>\n
The teen was arraigned in City Court and will appear in City Court this morning.<\/p>\n

Katelyn C. Kubala, 28, of Meadow Lane, Attica, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of City Court for failing to pay a fine from May of 2016.<\/p>\n
Kubala was picked up on November 28, 2017, and arraigned in City Court and released.<\/p>\n
Kubala will re-appear in City Court on December 1, 2017 at 1:30p.m.<\/p>\n

Stephen P. Durham, 20, of Chestnut St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Cone street on November 27, 2017.<\/p>\n
Durham was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on December 5, 2017.<\/p>\n

Jordan J. Schunk, 18, of Alexander Rd., Alexander, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after he was allegedly found in possession of marijuana in a vehicle at DeWitt Park after hours on November 20, 2017.<\/p>\n
Schunk was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court yesterday and was released.<\/p>\n
