On September 7, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Matthew F. Bruenn, 35, of Middlebury, NY, for Menacing 2nd.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Troopers were contacted to investigate a menacing complaint on Bank Road in the town of Middlebury.\u00a0 Troopers were informed by the victim that his neighbor Matthew F. Bruenn menaced him with a gun while riding an all-terrain vehicle. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
