Saile, 19, of Judge Rd., Alabama, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after deputies on scene during a detail at Oakfield Labor Daze event, were directed to assist the Oakfield Fire Department on North Pearl street with an incident involving Saile and his girlfriend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saile allegedly violated a stay away order of protection out of the Town of Alabama Court, ordering Saile to stay away from his girlfriend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saile was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on September 13, 2021 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nichole D. Hall, 32, of Marlow Ave., Blasdell, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree, after an incident on S. Pearl street in Oakfield on September 8, 2021 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hall was issued an appearance ticket and released.
