Pepe, 55, of Attica, NY, for driving while impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On September 10, 2021, Troopers responded to Alden Medical Supply on Broadway road in the town of Alden, to check the welfare of a female in a vehicle acting highly agitated for about 45 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pepe was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests and transported to SP Alden for processing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Alden court for October 2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PRESS RELEASE On September 10, 2021 at 4:26 p.m., Troopers out of SP Alden arrested Suzann L.
